Daily 5 Posters

I have been blog-stalking, Insta-stalking, & Pin-stalking some fabulous teachers prepping their rooms.  It makes me so EXCITED to get into my room next week.  I have been saying over and over how I feel like I am not prepared for this year at all.  But then I bagged up everything that I have printed, laminated, & cute… and I feel A LOT better!

Bagging everything up helped me realize what I still need to do before school starts on the 26th.  Since I am starting the Daily 5 this year, I want to do everything I can to prepare.  I already have all of my Work on Writing activities ready to go and organized in my Ikea storage unit.

I wanted to prepare the anchor posters for each activity, showing what the teacher and students should be doing.  These posters can be printed on a single page (which would be too small I think), or you can print it on four separate pages and connect them.

  1. Tracy,

These are EXACTLY what I have been needing/wanting and didn't even realize it! Last year my Daily 5 launch anchor charts looked super dumpy because a) I'm a lefty and smear everything and b) They were usually done in a hurry. Having these prepped and ready to go will make my life so much easier!! Thank you, thank you! You are fabulous!

  14. I'm looking for a storage organizer exactly like the one you have. I have looked on Ikea's website, but to no avail. Do you happen to know the name of it? Thanks so much!
