A BREAK IS COMING!!!
For many of us, it is our long-awaited summer break.
I know some of my faithful followers are year-rounders,
but I still think that means you have a break coming.
Before your break, I have two craftivities that not only your kiddos will enjoy but you will too! I love to hear what my kiddos have planned or are looking forward to!
My first craftivity is one of the first products I created last summer. It is perfect before summer break or when you come back to school.

June 14th hurry up!
One thing that is helping me keep my sanity is Tuesday night volleyball with some good friends down at the Inner Harbor.
When do you get out? What keeps you calm, cool, and collected?
We're still trying to figure out how we're going to manage wrapping up with no half days! Not sure what the thinking was behind ending on the 14th with a full day!
ReplyDeleteOh, bless your heart!! I thought we were getting out late, but you're a week later!! I guess it's not that much of a difference in the grand scheme of things, but at this point a week can feel like an eternity. Especially with rowdy kids!! I'm loving your little racer dude! I would have to say throwing the brain breaks and random read alouds that are for fun instead of aligned with the curriculum!!

Oh that craftivity is the cutest!! I love it!! :)We get out June 4th..it feels so far away yet there is so much left to do that it's around the corner. I'm taking a Zumba class to help the stress...although sometimes I feel like it's not enough!!
ReplyDeleteI was just scanning this post and noticed your picture of the harbor! I live in Baltimore also! I used to teach in BCPS, but switched to private school about 5 years ago. I just came across your blog a little while ago, but am really enjoying your ideas. Thanks!
